About​

The West Central Crisis & Family Support Centre provides barrier‑free, confidential counselling, crisis intervention, advocacy and support services to individuals and families in west central Saskatchewan. Guiding principles include safety, respect, empowerment, inclusion and confidentiality. Programs address family violence, mental health and addictions, suicide prevention and intervention, sexual assault and human trafficking, parenting support and family counselling.

Coverage​

West central Saskatchewan – based in Kindersley but serving communities across the region and the greater Saskatchewan area.

  • Individuals and families experiencing crisis or distress.
  • People affected by family violence, mental health or substance use issues, suicide, sexual assault, human trafficking or parenting challenges.

What to expect when you call or visit​

Staff offer non‑judgmental counselling, crisis intervention and referrals. Services may be provided in person at the centre, over the phone, by text, online or through a mobile team that travels to meet people where they are. The centre can help with safety planning, short‑term counselling, support groups, information and referral to other community resources.
