What to expect

Calling or texting 9‑8‑8 connects you to a trained responder who will listen without judgment and help you create a safety plan. HealthLine 811 provides advice from registered nurses and social workers and can refer you to local services. Local intake offices will assess your needs and connect you to counselling or treatment programs.
