About

Southwest Crisis Services (SWCS) offers 24‑hour crisis support, safe shelter and counselling for individuals and families experiencing domestic violence or other crises in the southwest corner of Saskatchewan. The organisation is trauma‑ and domestic‑violence‑informed and has provided services since 1984. Programs include emergency shelter, outreach counselling, sexual violence services and community education.

What to expect when you call

A crisis worker will provide confidential, non‑judgmental support, safety planning and referrals. For those requiring shelter, staff can arrange safe accommodation and basic necessities. Counsellors offer individual and group counselling for adults and children and can travel to communities throughout the southwest.
