Prince Albert Mobile Crisis Unit provides crisis intervention and support after regular office hours within the city of Prince Albert. Crisis workers respond to situations such as child abuse/neglect, family conflict, mental health crises, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, elder abuse, homelessness, addictions and other emergencies. Services are mobile, confidential and culturally respectful.

Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 pm – 8:30 am (after‑hours service)
  • Friday: 4:00 pm – midnight
  • Weekends & statutory holidays: 24 hours a day
  • Services operate 365 days a year.

What to expect when you call

A crisis worker will listen, assess the situation and determine whether phone support, in‑person intervention or referral is appropriate. Mobile crisis workers may attend homes, hospitals or other locations within Prince Albert to provide crisis counselling, safety planning, de‑escalation and connection to community resources. All calls are confidential and services are free.
