About
Regina Mobile Crisis Services (RMCS) provides 24/7 crisis intervention, counselling and referral services for people in Regina. Crisis workers assist with mental health crises, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, child abuse or neglect, emergency financial need, homelessness, addictions, problem gambling and other situations requiring urgent support. RMCS offers transportation and child care in some cases, and translation services in over 155 languages.

What to expect when you call
When you call RMCS, a crisis worker will listen, assess the situation and provide support, safety planning and referrals. Depending on the nature of the crisis, staff can dispatch mobile responders to assist in person, provide counselling over the phone, help access emergency shelter or connect you with longer‑term services. Translation is available on request, and transportation or child care may be arranged for some situations.
