Virtual MD
Virtual MD is a program that enables some Health Link 811 callers to talk to a doctor by phone or video about their immediate health concerns. Virtual MD staff will determine the most appropriate type of care, which may be virtual, referral to a primary care network, or direction to the nearest emergency department.
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.
