What to expect when you call
The FAQ describes that after dialing the number you’ll hear a recorded message in English and French, choose English (press 1) or French (press 2), and can ask about availability of Cree/Ojibway/Inuktitut-speaking counsellors.
Counsellors may:

- Listen and reflect back what they are hearing
- Offer coping strategies and local/community resources
