In the Northern Health Region, youth mental health crisis support is available through Hope North’s youth services intake and Mobile Crisis Team, including crisis assessment and support for youth 17 and under.

Notes
- Hope North’s facility in Thompson was reported as temporarily closed for repairs in September 2025, but Mobile Crisis Services and Youth Mental Health remain available by phone.
