In the Northern Health Region, youth mental health crisis support is available through Hope North’s youth services intake and Mobile Crisis Team, including crisis assessment and support for youth 17 and under.

Hours
- Mobile Crisis Team: 12:00 noon – 12:00 midnight (daily), plus 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Mon–Fri) for triage/follow-up
Notes
- The Hope North facility at 70 Princeton Drive, Thompson re-opened in February 2026 (the facility had been temporarily closed for repairs). In-person services are now available again in addition to phone support.
