What to expect when you call or request Mobile Crisis​

IERHA notes that crisis staff may ask about the situation, supports, and immediate safety, and can:

  • Provide phone support and problem-solving
  • Arrange Mobile Crisis outreach when appropriate
  • Encourage calling 911 (or help contact 911) if the situation is an emergency
